Plastic vacuum casting

Plastic vacuum casting is to use the benchmark sample or golden sample made by CNC or 3D printing to create a silicone mold , then poured with plastic materials in a vacuum state to clone a replica that is the same as the original sample. The main HC plastic vacuum casting items as shown in

Rubber vacuum casting

Rubber vacuum casting process is the same as plastic vacuum casting , but the poured raw material will change to rubber material. The main HC rubber vacuum casting items as shown in the table below.

Overmold vacuum casting

Overmold vacuum casting is to use the benchmark sample to create a silicone mold , then to make the metal or plastic prototype that needs to be overmolded , after that , poured with plastic/rubber materials in a vacuum state to clone a replica that is the same as the benchmark sample. The main HC overmold vacuum casting items are listed in below table.

A4: We can sign the NDA with you. All the customer's drawing only uses for the processing and inspection, don't copy and show others.

Q5: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A5: Yes. Nearly all our products are customized. We are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced Engineering team to make custom products according to clients' drawings.

Q6: What is the MOQ?
A6: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standards.

Q7: Is it possible to know how my products are going on without visiting your company?
A7: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q8: How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality?
A8: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery. And Generally there will no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time, the resulting Transportation costs borne by our company.
