1)How does HC control the quality ?
A: During processing, the operator will check the sizes after finishing each processing step.
B: After finishing the first whole product, QC department need to do full inspection for it . only the first product has been approved, then can go to mass production.
C: Finally, All products are strictly inspected by skilled QC, and Share QC report and photos of finished goods for confirmation before shipment.

2) How does HC handle the complains?
A: During manufacturing period, if found any defective part, we will inform the customer by email. Only get client’s approval, then can ship out.
B: If happen any complaint after customer got the goods, please show us photos and detail complaints points, we will check immediately and give solving solution with 24 hours.
C: If re-make is necessary, we will arrange re-make urgently and ship to you new replacement as soon as possible.
